Yes, people will notice. You need to fix it before you flower anyway, unless you're running autos. Don't want light leaking in or out.

It depends on the laws in your area and yes light leaks are bad in general if you contain all the light and use mylar or white poly or white paint to reflect the light back on the plant that's the most efficient thing to do. Also if youre using LEDs its def a give away lol

Streetlight in a bedroom is a kinda noticeable thing.haha i suggest black and white poly. Or flat white paint.
