6 Super bright Red LEDS as supplemental light?

So I bought 6 super bright 3 watt LEDs off ebay and was wondering if they would be a good supplement to my current floro setup. I was thinking since Floro doesn't penetrate very far I could have these super brights around the plant vertically as supplemental light for the rest of the foliage. What do you think? I hooked up a 9 volt to 1 for just a second to see how bright it was and these suckers are blinding! I mean crazy bright especially if only a few inches away from a plant. I think they are bridgelux.

For sure, there is a few threads here on how to wire them. See if you can find some infrared to add to them as well. And some UV LEDs or some 400 nm blue LEDs
