6 strains @ nearly 4 wks in veg. *PIC inside*

So I have 6 strains (fems from seed) in 5 gal pots. vegging under 1 600w hps 18/6 on/off. fox farm nutes. no co2. LST, Topping, Supercropping.

I plan on flowering with 2 600w hps lights soon (next week or two).

I was wondering (if anyone has an opinion) how much longer should i let them go in veg for optimal yield w/ the 2 600w hps lights? I'd hate to flip too early to realize i lost out on yield because i didnt veg long enough.

my original idea is to let them go for 2 more weeks for a total of 6weeks in veg.

Top Left to right: Critical+ (dinafem), Kings Kush (ghs), Strawberry Cough (DP)
Bottom left to right: Acapulco Gold (BF), Original Skunk #1 (seedsman), Sensi Star (paradise)

looks to me like they all need water... LOL

they were just watered at the time of the pic. i think i may possibly have a slight pH issue but wont be able to check until my new tester arrives tomorrow. If so no worries as i have pH up & down even though i find it a pain in the ass to use to adjust pH.

They may possibly be hungry as i started feeding at 1/4 dose...then 1/2 dose...then full dose...usually i go straight from 1/4 to full instantly from week 2 to 3. but this time i thought i'd play it cool.

i was hoping to only let them veg for 2 more weeks. hopefully that'll be long enough to get the size plants/yield im hoping for in the end. or should i let it go a full 8 wks (2 months)???

right now im only using the 1 600w hps. i plan on firing up the other one when flower time comes.

I wouldn't worry about counting weeks . I would veg them to a height of about 16" to 18" . Then change to 2/12 .

how do you grow generally? 5 gal pots? 3 gal pots? what kind of lights/watts r u running?

like i said im going 1200w of hps for flower with only 6 plants in 5 gal pots.

half of my plants are at least 14in tall but i cant really measure since i have them tied down. or do you mean 16-18inches of LST/topping/supercropping bushyness?

what kind of yield do you usually knock down with lettin em go 16-18inches?

btw my acapulco Gold is gonna take over everything! that one probably is close to 18inches. just waiting on the rest. height isnt an issue with the LST and 6ft distance from the floor to bottom of my hps raised all the way up
