6 plants under 14w CFL, will it work?

So I currently have 6 plants, I started the seeds under 12/12 because I have 2 flowers that are 4 weeks into flowering, I'm running a 400w, it worked for a while doing 12/12 with seedlings, but they've gone mature now as I believe because they've dropped their seedling leaves, I don't want them to flower yet as my other 2 plants have 4 weeks left. What I do is I take them out of my tent every 12 hours and put them including my 1 clone under 14w for 6 hour to manipulate the rest of the 18 hours so they don't flower. I'm wondering if this is an okay approach?

Okay, ftrst of all, damn - learn to plan ahead! It sounds a little stange - not ideal - but that ought to work.

A couple of 25 watt CFL's would probably add some "Grow Power".

I did plan ahead, because I didn't have enough plants and 400w is just getting wasted, started new strains, IDC if it doesn't grow during the "6hour" period as long as it just doesn't flower, whole purpose is to make them think it's 18/6 and save me some bills rather than having to wait another 4 weeks till flowers are done then start. Wondering if this is a good technique as I couldn't find any information.
