how many lumens on the bulb? you can just convert ..
but until they get stronger, I'd stay safe at 16-24"

says like 55,000 lumens :S, i ahve it like 16 inches away form the plants maybe ther enot gettin enuff light

sorry the pic is crap if i find a better one i will post it mate mh lamp ( poo no 600w give you an idear though ) i would say the plants are getting enough light growing well nice and green i moved my ballast out of my grow room temp down 76f with light on in shady part of room 78f under the light so my fans are doing there job

fuck man, i cant see it lol, yea there growing but slow, must eb temp is 89 always , i need to find a way to get this down, i took my ballast out,and its made no difference , i ahve the exhaust right near the light sucking up load fo ehat, maybe ventilation is a problem, neeed more places for heat to escape, i mixed up one of those c02 bottles sugar and yeast, thats ready im gonna go install it now brb soon

yep mate 89 is on the high side more vents will help at top of room air con will def sort it but cost ££££££££££££££ to run i know mine is 1400watt will only use as last resort lol

well witht he door off it goes to 80 no problem, but when the door is on its 89!!! i want it at 79 not 89

Y CO2?? You flowering? It COULD do more harm... and according to that MH graph, I'd try it at 10"...

of course im not flowering?

CO2 is needed only in flowering, you don't even really need it if you have good air circulation (like you do) but I've never seen if recommended for veg (correct me if I'm wrong)
