6 days seedlings - not popping through

I always start my grows by dropping my seeds into a cup of water then once the tap root shows transplanting via tweezers into small #1 pots of Fox Farms Ocean Forest soil (I make the hole about 1/2 inch deep). I then leave them under 600w Mars Hydro LED for 24 hours then switch to 18/6 lighting after that. In the past within about 3 days I'd start seeing the plants start poking through, but I'm on day 6 now and nada.

Humidity is kept around 40-50% with humidifier and max temp range between 72 and 80 degrees. Misting with water everyday but one thing I noticed was that when I transplanted them the radicles/tap roots were longer than usual - like between 3/4 and 1 inch. Perhaps the longer tap roots opened it up to damage.

Not sure if I've lost all 4 seedlings or what but I have no clue what happened. 6 days seems like extreme. They are all Dinafem OG Kush Quick seeds (I've never tried these quick seeds before so I thought I'd give them a go). Ive never had an issue with Dinafem seeds but I'm just shocked that somehow all 4 didn't make it.

Does anyone think they still have a chance? Or should I bite the bullet and order more seeds?

Seeds do not need light or benefit from it before they emerge. Suggest planting directly into dirt without soaking or anything else. KISS.

6 days is a long time bro I would get more seeds right away but give these ones some water not just misting, you gotta keep the medium good and damp.

If they don’t break surface after 2-3 days I dig until I see the seed/root then I’ll lighlty cover it but let light get through..
I’ve had seeds grow downwards a couple times

can take up to 10 days... if nothing happens, let it dry out a bit then rewater,

I drop mine in RO water in a cup, and 2-3 drops of liquid kelp for 14-18 hours. Then I put them in Rapid Rooters. My current grow went 14 hours in RO kelp water then placed them in rr and germinated 24 hours later.

I put my seeds in a jiffy and get 99% germ rate. All this water stuff is just unnecessary. Just keep them moist and a lamp over top so they know where to grow towards (technically you don't need any light, I just feel the seeds naturally senses it and grows towards it, at the same time shooting the root away from the heat source)

Sheddding the seed cap is one of the trouble points for young seedlings. That's why I use the paper towel method to germinate and I leave the seeds in the pt matrix until the seed cap is about to falloff. I will often use 2 toothpicks to manually remove the seed cap before it goes into dirt.

Good luck, BigSteve.
