6 day old plant looks very good help/comments

my plant was born on 420 haha thats when it sprouted to earth haha and ive kept it under a 40 watt light for a lot of hours 20/4 about with every other day switching to 24/0. im trying to have a quick veg. on the 3rd day i placed my plant outside and left it in 80 degree weather and came home the next night having forgotten to water throughout the day... the soil in my plant was very hard... i brought inside and moistened the soil and am now on day 6-7 the tips of two of the leaves have turned slightly brown. im not sure if it was from the lack of water on the day i left it outside or if its another reason. should i be worrying about ph or ppms this early in its life? if so do i need a water ph meter or a soil one. help

gonna need more lights man

they look kinda small,everytime i grow a plant, in a week they have 2-3 nodes and thats its first week of life
