If only one fan, it should be exhausting out the tent; intake will be passive.
A 4" fan is likely too small for that size tent btw.

I would look into AC infinities UIS system, it will control fans and an added humidifier without any problems automatically. It's designed for tents. How dry is your tent getting? I've found over the years any plant will grow fine in 50% RH its when it gets down to 45 and lower that things can get problematic, especially with temps above 80 F.
Does this work with any 6inch fan @calvin.m16

Close up some passive with the 6in on a controller or low. Is it venting in or out the lung room?
