[Day 87] -- [9/28/11] -- DAY 48 FLOWER -- 400w HPS

Sorry for the lack of updates for the last couple weeks, just been really busy. Got some pics from the down time, tho. There was also a branch that snapped on (I guess?) it's own weight, or maybe from rotating them or something, but either way. It smoked pretty amazing Had a couple friends try it too and we all agreed that it immediately was a very visual, head high. Never experienced nething like it, it's awesome! I'm sure it will different once the trichs go amber and the plant's fully matured, but I'm extremely pleased with the quality already. Enjoy!

Here's a few more pics. I compared the widow (left) to some local bud (right) to really capture the "white" of the widow good stuff. Those measurements are taken from the top of the pot, so the branch itself is 2 feet tall. That's about where most of them stopped and just started focusing on bud production.

Here's some more I just took. Had some really bad yellowing last week, but I think it's on its way to being sorted out. You can see the recovery of the plant that still has yellow spots in the one pic of the leaves. The magnifying piece I'm using is pretty crappy too, I'm going to invest in a good 30x loupe from somewhere.

Otherwise, they all seem pretty happy. How much longer you guys think I got? I'm thinking maybe a couple weeks... whadya think?

Thanks! After doing some research, I think it was probably due to salt build up since I was giving it nutes every other watering but never flushing it at all. It could also have just been nute burn, but I never went much over 1000 PPM, so I don't think that was the problem. I think it was just the compounded build up, so once I eased off the nutes, it started looking happy again

Whether that was it or not, they're definitely better now!

Almost 5 gallon pots and you lst'd to two feet, that's nice. The canopy is impressive.
Or should I say, the closet full of buds is impressive.
The 400W works pretty good with plants that short in my opinion.

Thanks a lot! I really appreciate the props, especially comin from you. Took a lot of hard work very early and throughout the first couple months, and then all the hard work starts to show and pay off >;]

To update all, I've chopped them down last week, definitely a week or two earlier than I would have wanted, but I have some time constraints that I have to abide by, and thus decided it was time. Almost no trichs were amber but they were gettin really cloudy, so I laid them down to rest. I have a few pics but I'll put everything up after they're dried and I weigh them out before curing. There were a couple pieces that started molding early but I caught it early and separated those pieces from the rest. So far everything else seems great. I have air circulating and they should be dried to my liking within the next few days. After that, jars for curing. Almost there!

Ended up with 8.5 ounces total dry >;] Thanks to everyone who stopped by, especially those who gave some input and suggestions! This was a great experience for the first time. It'll only get better
