Ok my meijiu 650 watt f8 rocked up today.
I put it together was easy as.
Then I hung it, I will move it into a better position in a few days.
But I tested umol output an it was beating my Solis tek double ended globes an I had them turned up to 1100.
Not as hot no where near.
But I will flower with this light now an see how it performs against the double enders.
It's flogging my standard single ended 600s.
There only bout half the umol of that thing.20210824_160343.jpg20210824_160331.jpg

Still a bit messy bit of cleaning to do
Buts here's a 6 pot auto pot, aussie version.
It normally has 15 litre plastic pots but I got the 20 litre fabric pot version.

There's 5 girl scout cookies x something my
Mate gave em to me so thought I'd try em and I got 1 kong47 to make 6.

Basically just making this my veg room.
Got 2 x 315 watt cmh an 1 x 400 watt mh
If they get to big ill separate an add another 3 lights.

So when the 6 finished these will get transplanted into the 50 litre air pots I'm just gonna feed them 1.0 or maybe 1.2 ec so hopefully don't get salt build up in the system.

Always wondered about Auto-pots but never used them, would make things a lot easier perhaps but don't really want to risk a run trying something new, messing it up, and coming up short over a cycle.

What is the main reason you won't flower these in the Auto-pots, is the pot size restricting or do you find RTW better or...?

How do you find the Auto-pots overall? Sometimes I am away for a week or more and have had a few bad times relying on powered equipment, and Auto-pots seem basically autonomous so would likely do the job if they work as advertised.

Man I only just put those plants in like 2 or 3 hrs ago.
My other room setup with split cycle so can keep temps spot in winter or summer.
I'm a bit up in the air bout auto pots myself but I thought nice an simple just to keep plants alive an veg em.

It's also my first run in other room im just fine tuning shit.
