So gave the 3/4 dose of cha ching and they all seemed to take it quite well... No yellowing or any signs of stress.... Yet... How long would it take to see the signs of frying em? Gave two plain RO water today bc they were dry...

That is the worst thing you could be doing for those beautiful buds man. They don't need all that phosphorous, you're going to end up burning them. The roots are established, the structure of the plant is set, all it needs to finish is potassium with trace amounts of phosphorous. That 'fire' people speak of when they 'don't flush' is most likely due to excessive phosphorous.

If you take nothing else from this conversation, please remember this. Phosphorous is for (vegging) building roots and flower sets (calyxes) which will not get large and develop buds without Potassium. Nitrogen is for building leaves and stems (vegging) and Potassium is for building flowers (flowering) and assists in the uptake of calcium, which adds weight and density to the buds.

Just trying to help you out brother and give you a leg up. The best supplement FF offers is the Bush Doctor Sweet and Dandy (0-1-3) or you could go with General Hydroponics FloraNectar (0-0-1) weekly and add quarter strength CalMag. They do suggest 'flavors' but the real point to FloraNectar (and the Sweet and Dandy) is for helping the buds get big and dense with maximum resin (medicine) on the flowers.

The Bush Dr Sweet and Dandy would be your best bet, if you can get your hands on some since you've already been feeding that particular product line. I would still add the CalMag either way because the calcium won't hurt and will actually boost the overall effectiveness of the potassium.

Don't use chaching or beastie with anything else. Use them as a ONCE a week stand alone feed.

Cha-Ching is your finisher feed. It's high in K, so you want to use it at week 7 and 8 to stack on resin and bring out the terps.

Beastie is your bud growth booster. You want to use this about week 4 and 5 when your buds really start to grow.

The stuff is super concentrated. Do not over use it or use it with other feeds. If you do a feed on a monday, plain water for the rest of the week.

I personally believe less is more. We use the 3 part Flora series from GH, perfect formulation for mj, auto buffering, no supplementation required (although we do add in Cat's homemade bloom booster at the flip).

FF is good (don't get me wrong, I used it on my soil grow way back when) but when you have to add various supplementation at different stages, it ends up costing more to do the same thing with a simpler, turnkey system. I believe in working smarter, not harder :)
