thats what i was running for quite awhile.but on this current grow i'm running dyna grow for veg,and hydro(RDWC..the full run.)bloom dyna-grow bloom.

so nothing else but dyna-grow grow and bloom,and some cal/mag..for my whole run..with R/O in RDWC.and my plant is huge with only 4 weeks of veg.

I put my germinated seeds as deep down into the net pot as I could. I even left most of the hydroton out and put just enough to support it the rock wool cube it was in. I manually watered twice a day until the root was long enough to get water on its own from the bucket. This process took about 6 days.

Nice to hear, dtischerd

I am increasingly confident in using Dyna products, I have been reading a lot about them and people always come saying good stuff.

Some recommend to use Dyna-Protekt to strengthen the plant. I'm using it with a little bit of H2O2 to oxygenate the roots and keep the environment sterile.

Of course you don't want H2O2 when you are using bennies.

as planted in straight perlite, I end up watering more times per day

In a few more days I think the system will be capable to water my little girl !

My tap puts out 65ppm. I used to leave it out to leach overnight because I was concerned about chlorine as well but now I just go right into the res...no problems. Check ph daily & change out your res 14 days max & you should be fine. I find that with DWC funk growing on your airtubes are of more concern than chlorine in your tap water. If you can drink it your plants will be fine with it IMO.

I cleared my mind about the ppm question thanks to this thread.
I'm new around here and its very nice to know that RIU works very well and got a lot of people helping each other.
