A few people insisted I do a journal after posting a few pictures of the garden. May not get a chance to post pictures from the beginning of the year because Im using my phone and the early pictures are on my camera. I will, however, give an account of what Iv done. I'll stay consistent with pictures from here on out, where all the fun stuff goes on anyways. So heres what the yard looks like today.

I started the year off in May getting the bags and dirt ready. I have a total of 18 plants of my own, twelve plants in 300-400 gallon pots while the remaining six plants are in 75-100 gallon pots. Some are home made with cloth and chicken wire, some are smartpots, and one is even an old kiddy pool with the bottom cut out. The dirt was mostly used from the past few years that still holds water and nutes well.

The clones were all about one feet tall and pretty lanky. The seeds were only three-five inches tall when I put them outside. I watered everyday for the first week while the roots were spreading out. Iv watered once a week from week two until recently because the plants have filled out their bags. I water every five days or so now. They are fed almost every time I water, with a few flushed throughout the year to prevent nutrient lockup. I used bat guano, blood meal, feather meal and a cal/mag rock during veg. In July, I started using bone meal to prepare for flowering because it takes a while to break down. I ran out of nitrogen based nutrients about two weeks ago and continued using the bone meal. The only break from organic nutrients I do is using Growmore's 0-50-30 powder. I prefer all organic but nothing hardens buds like that growmore. I use molasses throughout the year for bacteria food. The sugars really help during flowering for resin production.

Ha that's funny, my cousin used to race his boats out at camp far west. Assuming I don't get put on house arrest, I think id make it out to that since it's fairly close. Iv wanted to go back for years, I haven't been there since like 2007

Im sure the lemon Thai kush will be good, im just pissed cuz it was one of.the biggest plants initially n froze in late June. It had more growth in the three weeks than in the six. I know sometimes plants just don't agree with their conditions, im just hoping it does what the strain is supposed to and flower very sativa-like cuz right now it's just small (like 3 feet) and bushy. it's supposed to be heavily thai influenced during bud. We'll see I guess lol

. . . the dirty five thirty...
One demerit for use of this term. You make my little heart sad.

It Is a wonderful place for water recreation in the warm months. Water skiing is exceptional there also.

Nice looking garden!

To be totally honest, Im a little disappointed with how they are right now. I expected them to be much bigger but what can you do. Some days I walk out there n feel great about it, while the next day I can walk out and be disappointed. Few things I'll do differently next year that should really help get the 10 footers I expected. Im also doubling my number of plants next year so things should be way better

I already water 70-80 gallons per plant a week and they take a pretty heavy diet of nutrients. I went through like 220 lbs of nutrients this year with 16 plants, 4 of them only being 60 gallon pots. The big plants get two keg cups of each nutrient unless im using growmore, I use one

That's nice. They're plenty big IMO. I planted some beans early this year in 15 gallon pots and they didn't get as big as I would have liked. I actually put one down in the ground today because it's still vegging. I don't know if it will help it grow some more but I wasn't satisfied with the size.

yea, I would have no complaints myself :weed: I'd be as tickled as a budworm in a phatt bud with a gardner who ran out of BT....:leaf:

Thanks, I appreciate the kind words. Not so much disappointed, just haven't gotten as big as I expected. Im still expecting at least 2 per plant but hoped theyd all be 4 pounders. Shouldv been pretty easy, but a couple of the plants stalled end of June, and the clones weren't in great shape when I got them. Some went in late too

Here's my 'small garden', mostly seeds from attitude, but didn't get started until like June 17. The first solo plant is Snowland (snowcap pheno), second is Snowland (la confidential pheno), third is tangilope, last is sugar black rose
