im going to bite the bullet and get 2 carports next year...im getting mold from the morning dew..
...about how much you think it will cost to convert them to greenhouses?
im doing that bucket zapper next year too...
Costco has the carports but they do not list them online for some reason. Call you local costco to see if they have them. The older style arched tops carports are the best by far. The newer costco carpors will work just not as strong. The none arched tops like to collect water easy so you must get plastic tight on them.

You want 6mm clear plastic from Home Depot. It is a 20x100 roll for $95. Thats enough plastic for 2 years. You will need some smaller boards from home depot as well. About $30 worth. Also some duct tape. Only use the black gorilla tape for it is much much better. It will have no problems holding the plastic to the poles.

Also the covers that come with your new carports? If you will never use them you could sale them on CL pretty fast to get some of your money back. $100 all day long in my area. Those covers will rot and rip and people buy new ones all the time. I live in large metro area and was able to get two free carports and another for $25. They were moving or selling the house type of thing. I had to haul away the rotted and ripped tarps though. If you do not live in large metro area check a another CL city where a buddy lives or family you see once a year or so. I am in Oregon but check Seattle's CL all the time for I have family there. You know Hot Rod parts and stuff like that. If I was hot on it I could have 2 to 5 carports by spring for pennies on the $.

The arch top is the one in my Avatar. Depending on your carport style you may need rope to make more cross channels to stop water pooling up.

fuck the black gorilla tape, go to the plumbing section and get the 11 mm all weather water resistant tape for plumbing application. that shit holds all season. i only had to re-tape one part this year and have had the GH up since late april.

Did my daily rot search and found one tiny spot just starting. This is the part of the bud I was able to save. This is the Purple Kush. Looks nice and white inside. should be some good smoke.

Soon very soon. Found two very small just starting rots spots this morning. Fisrt spots in a 3 days. Search every part of the bud and saw no worms or worm shit. No other spots on any of the other none PK plants. Looks like bud rot only at this time.

Look the bud sites on this bad girl. (Sour D) It's theonly plant I did not prune. And it is the biggest from bud sites to girth of all my plants. It's the slowest plant I have though. Or was last to go full flower out of the plants I have I should say.

I ran out of net so let this one go. After this pic I tied and staked it up better. She a flopper for sure.

Good looing pics of a fellow NW grower! I still have a couple weeks left and hoping this weather sticks around till then! Is that an old 510 in the garage? Cool little cars! That Sour D apprears to be a good cut, hopefully you have some clone stock left over for future grows!

Thanks, Nope it's an chevy II nova.

lol not even in the ball park! I guess that's what you get for being younger (30)... Glad to see you pull off a successful harvest, as so many outdoor crops get eaten by mother nature. We lucked out with the weather this year, although you said you found a couple spots of rot on branches? Scary with all the great weather all summer long! Again great looking crop, and let the curing begin!

Started some flushing today. Flushing is easy with 30% perlite. Just dump as much water as fast as you want. Garden looks like it will be all done by Oct. 12th. Sour D may have to go a little longer. Close up are the Lemon Haze. She will be next to come down.
Cutting a few spots of rot out of the garden daily. Nothing to consider early harvest yet. Not a single worm. I think BT every 5 days did the job. BUT it was not untill this time last year I started seeing worm damage.
Can say I got some nice thick fat colas this year fopr starting so late. Branching is really week though. Did not have the veg time to bulk up. Or so it seems anyway.
The purple kush plants came in 2oz short of 1lb each. The Ken strain came in a 3/4lb even. But I still have the pop corn buds growing on all three plants harvested. You can see one of them in first pic below. Not sure how much I will get from them but it's a few bags for sure.
Some of the plants needed water. So thats why some of them look thirtsy.

Lemon haze got the tops harvested last night. Doing the bottom half tonight. Taking me about 7 hours per plant trimming. Thats really good trim job taking my time.

The CR and american dream are done. Lots of amber. They are looking like they are ready as well. Plant looks much bigger than they are. They are just flopping over. Here are the two I will harvest next.

All the tops flopped over.

American Dream.

Other random shots tonight.
