5 Points Dying....How my Nugs look?

On about week 3 1/2 of flowering. I am starting to notice that I am losing a lot of the fan leaves at the bottom of the plants. Is this normal? The plant looks healthy...so I am not sweating it too much. But, all I read is how they are the solar panels and you do not want to lose them. Any concerns I should have?

I also attached some pics of the buds. Do they look ok for being about 3 weeks into flowering?

Thanks!

Could be a lack of nitrogen during the growth spurt in early flowering, if you switched to a flowering formula with a higher PK ratio. It's not a big problem they will continue to yellow and eventually fall off or you can cut them. At this point they have been on 12/12 long enough the growth spurt is probably close to finish, if you still have your veg nutrients you could give them that for one watering to maintain some efficiency in those leaves. If you don't it's really not a big loss as those leaves are less important now anyways, plants look good though, cheers.

I have been following the Fox Farm schedule using Grow Big, Big Bloom and Tiger Bloom. I just entered into the period of adding some of my Veg Nute (Grow Big) in with the flowering Nutes. Maybe that will ease the yellowing?

Thanks for the input. There doesn't seem to be much going on down there anyway for it to be "Powering" up.

Gotta say....I love this plant..
