I picked up 2 new bulbs and changed them out. I found the inside of the glass was filthy so I cleaned the glass also. I'm sure I will see a def improvement. I also picked up some soil builders. I use clearex to flush so I don't get a lot of unwanted build up of salts and add new soil and other builders to help it get ready for the next batch. One thing the hydro guy suggested was to use a compost accelerator and throw all of the plant matter I'm not using for other things ie; the sugar leaf, into the soil as well. I add bat guano to help boost the nitrogen that has been stripped out and mix it all in the 30 gallon barrel. It sits for about 3 weeks before it gets used so it has plenty of time to break it's self down.

I asked about gravity and he said it def works but the problem I would have is with reusing the soil it will be there for the next rotation and since it's a hardener it will cause brittle plants from the start. I passed for now.... I picked up some ying and yang instead.

Damn 5, I was at the hydro store about an hour ago and I had a bag of the same stuff in my hands. Both kinds. I shoulda picked you up a bag!!!

Well back to work. Getting friggen cross eyed but the scissor hash helps

I was talking to him ablut an hour and guess i picked up the wrong bag because I was wanting to get out of his hair. I will probably just keep it and use it as a top dressing for the flowering plants lol..... It was only $7

Sorry I don't have the best camera, The JC looks like the velvet shirts people used to wear in the 70's it's so fuzzy with tric's. and finally is the trimmings that are dripping with tric's so much they are starting to collect at the bottem of the bag and it hasn't even been processed yet.....

ive been using humboldts gravity and purple maxx for a while now and haven't noticed any probs reusing the coco but i can def vouch for both products i want to try the ultra snowstorm ( the new purple maxx ) supposed to be a lot easier on the plants. its hella easy to use too much maxx, ive been foliar feeding to keep it in line.

Ok it's official. I gave about 2 grams of DQ#5 to a friend that had been raving about the JCII#2. I told him I was out lol, so he would have to try this new shit I just got from my friend. I told him that no one else has smoked any yet besides me because it still needs to finish curing and I only had a small sample. I told him to txt me later and let me know what he thought. I got a txt from him about 10 hours later and he had just tried it and he said he was rocked. I told him i'd get in touch with him tomorrow (today) and he could let me know what he thought of it over all. So I txt him thix morning and he said it was the best pot he had ever tried that didn't lock him into a stupor. I asked if I should try to get more of this or should I wait until my friend get some more JCII. He said this blows the JC away and begged me to ask my friend to let him buy some. I said I'd see what I could do but my friend doesn't sell because he doesn't want to go to jail (which is true) so I might see what he'd be willing to gift him. He was beside himself thinking that someone would just give away something this good.

So there it is, a soild second opnion from another vetran smoker. He grew his own plant outside this year but the farmers started in the fields around his house before it was done and it didn't get to finish before it had to be cut. He said it was still good but just nothing like what I can get. I am meeting up with my brother in law tomorrow because he wants to try it now. So I will let you know what he thinks. Tahoe said it best I think when he called it rocket fule.....

I'm about to smoke it again, I just found out I didn't get the job :cry: Did you miss my earlier post about the snowstorm and gravity? I was wondering about what ss does and if you are foilar feeding the gravity...

aw man sucks bout the job, rocks you can toke up tho !!!:joint::hump:

snowstorm is the same as purple max its a flavour enhancing hardener basically and you can feed in the mix or foliar ive been doing foliar cos the shits expensive. with the odd 1ml in the mix as a boost maybe a couple of times i've done it.

i wouldn't foliar feed the gravity tho i don't see why you couldn't but its for finishing your shit quick seriously do not use that before the very end of your grow or you'll lose on yield guaranteed

really does finish your plants but its a fake finish, they look like theyre all done but the trichs tell the truth

I started out with a bud the same size as the one in the pic. You can tell by the lighter that it wasn't very much. It was about 5 min from the first toke til I read your post. I was high and went up stairs to get the camera to take these pics. By the time I got to the kitchen where the camera was i forgot why i was up there. When i realized why i was there and grabbed the camera I was laughing thinking how funny it's going to be when i tell him that. Well I started this post about 20 min ago and it's taken me this long to write this much and take the pics. So I'd wait til you find out what pheno you have before you decide it's not worth at least 1 plant per run just for your own headstash..... :joint:
