5,000+kw in 1bed apartment?

Carbon filter for sure, it dumps out a window 247 and honestly this building smells more from other tenants smoking weed than from me. The conduit in the ceiling would suuckk if they did some kind of electricity safety check without giving me notice. But its always 24hrs to like 4weeks, also i take all that out and put in some normal breakers in its place that look labeled. Its not at all perfect and man does that make me anxious

I’m not sure if land contracts are a thing where you are or not, but if so check into them. That 4 lighter could have you on the way to owning a home before you know it.

He’s right. Most places require individual metering per apartment even if utilities are included.

I Was a maintenance tech in an apt complex and all the buildings with electric included had one meter for the whole building.you should be good man.

Legally in the US, unless the unit has a separate electric meter, the landlord cannot charge for electricity.

No, they don't. If the unit is individually metered, the tenant will be paying electric directly to the electric company. The sole reason for separate meters for each unit is to bill the tenant directly for individual usage, not to monitor usage.
