Hello friends. I really appreciate all and any help, advice and criticism. Please feel free to comment your suggestions.
So the situation is I'm setting up a 4x8 tent on a budget LED grow and I'm a total newbie in LED lighting.
The question I have is how many of these ''1000w'' LED QuantumBoards do I need for a successful grow?
I'm looking at these QB's on Amazon: US Amazon-
Growstar Newest 1000w Led Grow Light with Full Spectrum Wavelength
German Amazon: Niello L-ZB 2021
Same specs on both just rebranded
THANK YOU THANK YOU FOR ALL THE ADVICE AND SUGGESTIONS.

You would want about 9 of them at least

That light uses only 110w of power at the wall. To do a 4x8 tent proper, you want like 1400w...bare minimum of true 1000w. A lot of the LED grow lights have names like "1000w", but they don't actually pull that much.

550eu for lights i have everything else
@Marq1340 posts discount codes for amazon on the Best Deals thread. I'm not sure if they are applicable to European customers. I've got a bunch of the LEDs he's posted on there. They're not high end, but they'll do the job in your budget. Otherwise, get a couple of 600w HID lamps with vented hoods. They'll give you more light than LEDs for less initial cost investment, but you'll have to do more to manage heat.

Couple meijiu 650s
The meijiu lights are nice. They'll probably land to you higher cost than you have planned. Look them up on Alibaba - Shenzhen Meijiu. Check out @bk78 Shit Show thread to see how good you can do with them in a 4x8 area. They look really good. When I can budget an upgrade, they are on the list.

8 would be optimal, 4 would get you by. 2 would probably work but would not be strong through flower. 4x8 does end up being quite a nice amount of room to cover. Think about the coverage mainly, from the center point the light strength falls off a lot with the quantum board style, so anything directly under and in the immediate area will get the most coverage ( having 2 in this example, 1 on each side in the middle of each 4x4 area. ) having 8 would increase the coverage insanely. It may be overkill intensity wise but coverage wise it's great. In my opinion of course. By the way, cool little light, think I'm gonna grab one for clones! Thanks!

3 or 4, then you run into lots of issues! With the 5 plants I have in my tent now! I use the 400 watt Maxsisun pb4000 with remote flowers damn nice, no heating issues with 190 cfm fan exhausting on light. Week 1 of flowering going on 2. See Runtz is starting to flower

Even though there are so many different options for led lighting today, I still like the 320(s) the most, because a single 320 running 120 watts during veg, and 240 watts during flower, can grow (3) plants, vegged for 5 weeks and topped only once, and each plant will produce 6 zips of bud per plant every time. And in a 4 x 8 I run 12 plants under 4 x 320(s) @ 240 watts each during flower, and in my last cycle I pulled 81 zips of bud in 106 days, using just 960 watts from the wall!
