My 4x4x7 Tent
First off I'm in central cali.100+ heat. My tent sits inside a standard garage. No insulation, gets very hot.
I decided to line the entire inside my tent with 1" Styrofoam insulation. Sealed and taped.
I retro fit a dehumidfier into a water chiller. 18 gal rubbermaid rez. Use it for my 8" ice box and to keep my nutes at like 62º. All led lighting. 4 3.5 gal buckets 6"met pots. 14 gal nute rez. For ucdwc diy set up. The tent inside is 73-76 daytime 73-66 night. Using exhale co2 bags x2 .co2 ppm at 1700 right now. This is my second try at this. Finally got it this time I think.

How are you cooling it? With ice in the reservoir?

If it is ice, the LED's and insulation make that possible. Under HID's, ice melts too fast to be practical. Good idea though, looks like its working well. Is the 1" insulation efficient? The 2" board is great and can be used as (non load bearing) walls.

The thicker rigid insulation board is expensive. The better stuff is worth it though, the cheap styrofoam stuff is a mess to work with. I really like the product called "Reflectix" It comes in a roll and is super easy to work with. You might wrap the whole thing in that and get even more R value.

I am struggling with keeping temps and humidity down. Its either get the humidity down and raise the temp or the other way around.
