For seedlings about 2 tbs. every other day until they get going. Solo cups work well until they're about 6-8 in.
Just make sure they don't go dry completely.

Is that 2 tablespoons per gallon? So I’d probably just want to water them with 1 cup of water until they get offer? So they gallon of seedling nutes could last a bit? Thanks for your help. I’m a first timer

With good soil, i don't think you need nutes until after a few weeks. I think a lot of new growers over water young plants. Don't stick your finger in there, not good for young, delicate roots. Pick it up and go by the weight. On my first grow, in soil, I had the plant sitting on a scale. Worked great, digital watering!

@1212ham has a good suggestion weigh a dry pot and then a watered and happy plant, should give a good idea what you need.
(Older plants 3 nodes or more) Water when you stick your finger all the way in and it's dry then about 1/2 cup per gal of 20%
food. Canna needs dry periods to stretch the roots.
We all were newbies once! and new things happen all too frequently.
