4x4 tent need fan

hello starting a new grow i want to know if a 750 cfm will be to much for a 4x4 tent with filther? the last fan was a 180 cfm a 200 cfm filther. you could smell what i was doing everytime u walk by the house.lol i dont ever want that to happen anymore. :mrgreen: 20 girls i one bed i know its going to be one smelly trip

I like big fans.....Mines an 8" 500+cfm elicent i use it for my 4x4 tent works great......I like big fans because you can run them at a slower speed equivalent to a smaller fan run at full speed but because the big fan moves more air, You can run it at a slower RPM and it will run more silent then a smaller fan run at full RPM .....get it? so just get a RPM fan controller and you can run your fan at whatever speed you want.....I find that if i run my fan at 100% it makes this jet like whistle noise but if i run it at 90% just a little less that whistle goes away and its still well enough cfm to cool my 1000w aircooled hood...

Not only do i cool my light with it but i scrub my air and exhaust my room all at once with my one big fan....works great as long as you dont run Co2 or have to stop the fan for some reason while the light it on...

buy a carbon filter 6" should be fine, or make your own (search DIY carbon filter) or buy a ozone generator (cant remember where but somehwere in these forums a guy found a $100 that works really really well.
