So I am planning on moving, So my original set up is getting taken down and the room re-done ... I have a 4x4 tent that I am going to pop up just to keep a few going while I make my way through the home selling / buying process, I am used to having wide open spaces so this tent is sort of a whole new deal for me. I will put my plan below and anyone with experience using a tent this small please let me know your ideas, thoughts, tips and advice...

I am going to run one of my 1Ks .. I was thinking MH so I don't have to deal with a stretch, but I believe MH burns at a hotter temp. and I think heat is going to be my #1 enemy with this setup.

I plan on venting my hood in and out of the tent, or should I just pull air out and leave one side of the hood in the tent open so it can possibly pull the hot air out ? I am debating running my CO2 and I know that will help with heat stress so if leaving one side of the hood open and in the tent will not make much of a change in temp I will go the CO2route

I have a free standing AC, and central AC... I obviously can not fit the free standing AC in the tent if I want more than a half of a plant so I am planning on going to the depot and rigging up a register that I will seal over the condenser fan that blows out the cold air ( its a rectangle :? ) and then using a series of anything I can find reduce it to a round 8 inch, so this question is for anyone with HVAC experience... this will more than likely reduce air flow, do you think It will end up icing the condenser up ? My other thought was just using my central AC and popping a hole in the bottom of the tent, putting it on top of the register and hope it cools the tent down, cold air sinks so I do not know if this would be the best option... it would be the cheapest though because with summer coming I will be using the central AC regardless... Thoughts ?

I got the tent on a trade so have no real info on it , I personally do not trust hanging my hood from it (raptor XL) I was going to still hang the light from the ceiling... do you think it will support the light without issue, I sort of hung from it but didn't put all my weight on it, I'm on the fence about it...

In your opinion, what would be the best method to use ? build a mini screen, SOG, or just rock em ... I use the SCROG method with great success but was thinking about SOG since I will no longer have to worry about my limit on plants. If I ran a SOG I probably would not have to veg much so that is a plus, or I could just rock a single plant and train it to be a monster, open to suggestions on this one....

I was also thinking about trying something completely different from what I usual do, I usually grow in soil, since I will not really be taking clones anymore I was thinking about attempting to use my cloner (Homemade) and try to grow out of that.. sounds crazy but the cloner is giant, its like a 35 gallon tub( that is a guess but its 3.5ft long by 2.5 wide by 2.5 deep) that I rigged up with some PVC and mister nozzles (21total) never used any hydro or aeroponics or what ever that is considered but it was a thought, do you think it would be worth a try or not, I only imagine I will be getting 1 maybe 2 harvests out of this so if it is something that you need experience to dial in then I may stick with what I know, I just thought about the water temp too, that may be a pain so I may stick with what I know ...

I think that is it, I am sure I will have more questions as I start to really set it all up but im still 2-3 weeks out from firing that up, so anything that you guys and gals can help me with I would greatly appreciate, thanks again

I made a tent may not be pretty but was inexpensive and works well for me starting plants ,,I also have it so the lights can be raised to almost 6 feet I used a portable wardrobe it is on wheels easily moves and can adjust my lights in seconds am really smart or really lazy maybe a bit of booth lol,,,I was buy nature a outdoor guy but have had to come indoors,, this may not be want everyone would want ,,but it hides easy under a BBQ grill cover in plain sight,,it will hold 50 red beer cups easy,,is more then enough for me I start 50 and then pick the best after 50 days or really more of when they as a plant are ready to make the change,,I go buy the strain,,indica or sative or hybrid and ,,look at what it will be full grown,,and that lets me know when to flower ,,so they will fit in my room full grown,,, ,,this has been working great for me low cost and easy to move about,,,not sure the stages of your babys,,but am sure is on your mind with the move,,hope all goes well for you

also if it will be temp and you do not want a lot of vertical growth during this time would use some old cheap florescent,,they can be 12 inches from your baby's with no burn,, I bought 4 sets 4 foot shop lights,,,11 dollars a set at wally world,,I use florescent to supplement or add extra light in my big room they love it in veg or flower as a extra and runs cheap and cool to the touch can not ask for much better lol,,,this may be helpful for you in a short term use,,if you go with flouresents ,,buy day light bulbs,,or full spectrum bulbs ,,34 dollars for a case of ten,,,it is what photographers use,,it is as close to natural light you can get an they work well

nice that is pretty good idea using the wardrobe rack, i found a good way to run my ac into the tent so ima seal it, use that and rock the co2, prob run a sea o green so i dnt gotta veg to much and can use smaller buckets, not gna go with the aeroponic set up either since itll be. a pain to empty all that water by myself
