4'x4' flood and drain

Hi guys ,great site. I have been reading and I just can't seem to find the straight answers that I am looking for. I have an 8x8 building that is 8 foot tall. I plan on having a 4x4 veg room and a 4x4 flower room. Florescent in the veg and 1000 hps in the flower. My ? is how big of a res. and pump and how often to flood. Thanks for any and all help I need it. :weed:

use a 30 gallon res,any pump will work fine,and i would flood the table for 15 minutes about 3-4 times a day
