Hello, I am about half way through week 4 of flower and I just did my final defoliation. I decided to keep some big fan leaves to help with photosynthesis. I'm scared that stripping too bare will stunt growth. Does it looked like I've stripped too much? And do you think it was too late in flower to leaf strip? My plants have responded pretty good to leaf stripping so far.

Yeah you probably went a bit high up the plant that early in bud but they’ll be fine. I would’ve stayed below the big fan leaf you can see in front & then in 3-4 weeks selectively start taking upper leaves. I like to think of a leaf under a bud is supplying the energy to the bud above it at least until the bud has enough green of its own to get energy from. Botanist will probably have a chuckle at my logic but hey f##k botanists anyway. Either way your plants look good & they’ll be fine

You are fine. Most have not seen the technique "Schwazzing"(probably spelled wrong), and it is way more extreme than this.

Thanks for checking it out. Just had to get a second opinion. Not trying to stress it but also get rid of some of the big leaves blocking light.
