Chopped a few of them drooping gorilla branches and hung them alongside the og. Legit no ambers a few cloudy and loads of clears. I don't know how long I can leave the girl for its ridiculous now.
So both the og and now finally the gorilla have been harvested. The gorilla went 88 days of 12/12 and honestly think it could have easily gone 100 days. Hopefully with the new gorilla clones and proper temperatures I can have them mature a little quicker. Looks like a decent yield. I didn't bother with weight yet but will report back when everything is dry before I jar them.
The gorilla clones easier than anything iv tried in the past. Peat pellets on a plate on a little heat map kept moist and put by a window and I'm getting great results. I'm still trying to re-veg a og clone I took first time around and it literally hasn't grown in a month. I'm not giving up though. It's rooted just not doing anything. I removed the little nug it had growing maybe that will help. I put the peat pellets in two pots and got it from the window under my cheap led veg light. In the middle is my struggling og re-veg clone.
Last but not least my 3 gorillas from the first round of clones. Now at 21 days of 12/12. Seeing what they can do without a scrog screen and heavier lollipoping. Hoping to get less buds but bigger more mature colas. Time will tell.
So after 10 days of hanging at 50-65 humidity the nugs have been trimmed and placed in jars. I'm waiting on some hygrometers to place in the jars.
Below is a pic of the og harvest pre trim.
Dry weight was 114 grams from the og kush. Still waiting on the rest of the gorilla since I chopped her a little later. I do have a little bit of the gorilla I harvested earlier pictures below after I trimmed.
Been chugging along with the curing process. Didn't get a chance to get a final weight on the gorilla I trimmed and jarred right away. I did fill up 2 mason jars to 80% or so with gorilla though. I'll get some nice nug shots next time I give them a burp.
Got 3 more gorillas a few weeks into flower and just really trying to dial in a nice feed schedule and avoid burnt tips and that lack of mg the gorilla had first time around.
The next 3 gorilla clones are about 4 weeks into flower and I'd say they are doing great. Definitely going easier on the nutes this time and introduced cal-mag. Still a healthy green hopefully this sticks through longer into flower.
86 days of 12/12 and they are all chopped and hanging. I defoliated more this time around and didn't use the scrogg. Definitely gonna use the scrogg from now on for gorilla glue since half the branches start to sag mid way through flower. The nugs this run looks bigger nicer then the first time around really excited to get them curing.
The next generation moved in. Not gonna 12/12 the main 3 yet I want to fill out a scrog nicely and still have to transplant. All the clones are off to friends and family those won't be sticking around.
Couple harvest pics from my #5 run. All clones from my first gorilla glue seed. Felt I was able to get a few more dense nugs and way less popcorn/air buds made trimming way more satisfying that's for sure.
