Do like one corner in mylar and then make some refectors with cardboard and mylar to box the plants in with. Just make sure that the cardboard isn't getting hot or anything.

I love the cardboard refectors I made, I can move then where I want when I want.

even me thinking more creative. i didn't think of cardboard. thats a super great idea. it would probably actually help my temp problem too.

ya 2 of same strain, 1 seedling of another, 1 durban poison clone(looks like a mother which i might have to do)

they are 3 to 4 weeks(closer to 3) and the seedling is almost a week(from germ), and the clone is 4 weeks (since cloned)

i think my test plant is about 4 weeks and i just put 5 seeds in for germination. do you have any expectations of when they will finish? Do you know of a time difference with CFLs?

not really longer for cfls, i was looking at your pics and you have a lot of cfls.. if you pack them in id say have 4 weeks of veg and 8 weeks of flowering.(maybe 9-10 but prolly not). get 2700k 42 watt bulbs(at least 6 to 8) for flowering if your not gonna use an hps. i am debating packin in cfls or getting an 250 hps( i was looking at one that puts out 30,000 lumens). your plant need more than 4 weeks veg tho it is too small to start flowering and plus your starting more

yeah i was looking at hps today. the lumen ration is ridiculous compared to cfls. i was checking out these. with a cool tube. i hear this will minimize the distance between the plant and light also reducing the air temps. High Tech Garden Supply

i have purchased more lights today and i will try to build something to hold them on the sides of the plants and then somehow better control the hanging bulbs. the problem with the current setup is they are so close to each other and i wonder about he increased heat on the light itself. but i will try something.

and you think i should really get some 42 watters instead of a shitload of 23 watters?

I flowered with the exact same 65W light and a 150w equivalent and am doing fine. I think it just has to do with strain ( Purple Kush ) and the size you veg too ( 7" ). Although my box size is extreamly limiting it worked great for me. Box = 20"L x 16"W x 36"H Plant = 14"

awesome job man; ya i switched the 65 watt for a 125 watt. if that 65 watt worked that good then im excited about my new one. those nugs look pretty dense for that much light; i like it
