4ft tall tent from seed to harvest - realistic?

I have this tent picked out:
Lighthouse Hydro 4x2x4 Full Mylar Grow Tent

I was looking for something small that I can quickly throw in my closet if need be. However, is 4ft realistic from seed to harvest? Once all of the equipment is set up (lights, inline fan, pots etc..) plus optimal distance from light source, I'm looking at 2 - 2 1/2 ft to work with if I'm lucky as opposed to a 5ft tent bringing grow height closer to 3 1/2ft which is very doable. I know I can probably make that tent work with some LST and topping, however I'm wondering if it's more trouble than it's worth.

If you had to choose, which would you prefer, a 4ft or 5ft tall tent keeping in mind the ability to hide it?

Of course the 5 if you can hide it. Only you can answer that. I'd try to find a way, you and your plants will appreciate the extra foot of headroom.

Yeah, I'm a minimalist fan unfortunately. I can't for the life of me find a decent 3x2x5 tent with what I'm looking for.. The closest I've found are

Lighthouse Hydro Mylar Grow Tent 3'x1.7'x5'

Secret Jardin Darkstreet 2.5 DS90, 36" x 36" x 64"

Lighthouse Hydro is pretty much a no-brainer except for the damn passive intakes, they're just flaps, no light proofing!! I do like the Secret Jardin however 3ft is too deep for my closet, it's closer to 6ft in height and from what I can tell the corner connectors are plastic.

Anyone know of a decent 3x2x5 tent with metal corner connectors, double sleeved vents and light proof passive intakes?

That's a shit ton of money for a tent that puny. It'd be a shame if you bought that. Check out ebay and amazon, seriously. My 3.3' x 3.3' x 6.5' tent was $99.00 with free shipping (buy it now).
