yeh i have a 10x jewlers eye lupe, the first plant from what i can see a few of the trichs are amber and the rest are milky/cloudy i think

As a general rule:

75% of hairs/trichs turn color it is time to harvest.

yeh its really hard with the 10x eye loupe getting close enough to see but it'l do, i reckon top cola of plant one will be chopped in 5-8 days after a single flush, that should be ok as im using organic nutes?

If your using organic nutes you don't really need to sweat the flush..

I have yet to see any solid evidence to prove one way or another.. I don't see why you couldn't.. plants store plenty of nutes and sugars to last for the last two weeks.
