Plants are doing great once again..didn't end up losing but a few leaves.....can't bitch about that too much...I'll be throwing the switch on an undetermined amount next week...in the interim I"m going to transplant into 5 gallon buckets...with a bit of hydroton mixed with peralite and soil...should drain nicely. Here's some more pics for those still interested in things at this point.

Yea....I think the main reason/reasons that they seem to be getting gnarly like that is b/c last grow I only had 3 plants and I did everything to all the plants the same day..however this grow seems to have a lot of variety so I've been just reading the plants and trying to figure what they need..so far so good but it is requiring a lot more time which I don't mind spending but the GF is quite clingy at this point..MUST ESCAPE TO THE GROW HOUSE..LOL

Well sorry it's been so long for an update..I had a real nasty case of spider mites that went un-checked...I had noticed some irregular leaf damage and sure as shit as soon as I put a magnifying glass up to them I saw the little bastards....bought the Azamax with the bottle and the little vials..only used two vials and the plants looked better by the next day and the day after that I started to already notice new growth....pain in the ass these spider mites but I have the correct poison now so it shouldn't be an issue *fingers crossed*

Anyway these will be the last pics of all the girls together..I plan on starting to flower two of the 11 (12 if you count the double plant) today if not tomorrow..once that's done I'll take more pics....

The clones that I took a while are rooting just really really slow..some not at all yet..I know it's only been 11 days since I put them in but I was expecting to be fully rooted in 10 days...hopefully 2 weeks is the max I have to wait and if not I"ll wait some more..the clones are looking a bit sickly but I think I just need some more experience cloning...I know it's not the machine..at least it better not be.

Anyway pics.

Your garden is looking good now. Be sure to keep on top of those spider mites, they can be resilient...could have some eggs that may be have hatched yet. Gotta have patience with those clones, too. Sounds like you're on the right track, though...keep it up. Looking forward to seeing some flowers soon...

How are things looking, Teufelheunden... Oh, and were you stationed in 29 Palms? I did a 4 year stint in that hell hole from 2000-2004. :leaf:

Wow Month to the day without an update..I really do apologize...I've been strugaling with bad bad bad spider mites..but I"m happy to report they are offically vanquished. :)

Now I can refocus on just the garden however, as some of you know my family has health issues so I have had some stuff to deal with in that dept otherwise I would have updated after the great Mite Meltdown.

Overall I'm getting 9 plants from my original 13...two I now realize I basically drowned...poor things :(

I've also been able to get some great genetics from someoene who will in all likely hood be my mentor.

The strains are as follows

2X of Hollands rope
2X Puma Butter (a homegrown strain that is a cross between Northern Lights and an unknown Hawaii strain (more than likely Maui)
2X Early Blueberry

I also have successfully been able to clone all 8 of my previous batch....well 5 I gave too this gentlement (quid pro quo) and they all had massive root systems.

I also got a seed from him called Dynamite by next generaion however I"m 99% sure that it's passed on so I had to buy another one since he wanted me to mother that..I honestly feel like I let him down by having it die off (even accidentally and being my first time) however, the "show must go on" so I'll chalk it up to inexperience and try again. If anyone is really good at germing and has sure fire methods and temps and stats I'd love to hear it all.

I have 5 in flower right now....2 are technially in week four however my timer was going off at 7 and coming back on at midnight for almost a week so I pushed those back to 3 weeks. The other three are doing great and while they look somewhat short I"m sure with an estimated 10 week flower they should grow into their pots.

Post pics of The Less Full Veg room later this weekend..for now enjoy these and wet your taste buds heh

I think your right with the Puna Budder....sad it isn't as exclusive as I thought but still seems outstanding....thanks for the heads up. Try to get more regular updates but I almost don't mind if it's "quiet" LOL

Updates:

First and foremost happy fourth everyone...just don't forget it's b/c of braver men and women then most that died fighting for this holiday..take a moment raise your glass and say cheers.

OK, now since the dynamite seed I died has passed I ordered another one (obviously twas a gift and I need to grow her out.) In any event got some the two freebies that singleseedcentre is offering this month..quite pleaed annnnd I get another seed from this guy...ALASKAN ICE...ohh ahhh...lol.

My flowering room is doing great I'll take some pics tonight of all the bud sites (an ass load on each plant) Quite happy so far with this home and garden line...very expensive (even to maintain) BUT...well worth it IMHO.

Here is the current veg room..I've decided to mother one of the Sour Diesels as well...going to revamp my room and hopefully get a 1000 on a light mover..OR...just get the 600 bulb that my ballast already takes and then get another either 400 or 600 watt system for my mothering section.

Anyway enjoy your day Americans...live free or die.

Got my seeds yesterday and thank god too..I had ordered them the fourth of July weekend and was getting a bit worried...on top of that I actually had to go to the post office to pick them up...I've never bought seeds so needless to say the experience (of the post office not the seed bank) was terrible....I had that instant notification garbage and never heard anything from it except yesterday to tell me I had picked it up SMH.

Anyway I'm going to have 4 seeds..one was the dynamite, one was the Alaskan ice (a freebie from a friend SCORE) The two freebies are rocklock and Confidential Cheese...I'll be interested to smoke the cheese never had it and want to see if it lives up to the hype.

Pics tomorrow at some point...comp crashed (hence the absence for a bit) and I have to re upload everything from my camera...good thing I've kept everything from day one LOL.

Well this will be one of my last posts in this journal... everything is running very nicely at this point and I should be able to start my perpetual system before Aug. I've planted the confidential cheese (it took within a day or so after using the "shot glass" method. Now it's just wait and pray if she sprouts.

Here are some pics of the veg room..if I remember to take them tonight I"ll throw up some pics of the flowering room too.

Thank you to all that have helped me put this operation together..without you good folks at RIU I wouldn't have been able to get this off the ground.
