400w Stealth Cab DWC Grow, With Issues

Hi RIU,
I am a long time reader, who has just changed user name. I am a complete newbie, and admit to knowing little about this hobbie.
However I am very addicted to this hobbie, and will not stop until I have dripping buds harvested on time.

I have a stealth cab grow going which is day 36into flower. I am having all the same issues, which I have been trying to resolve, with no great luck.
A bit of info on the setup before I dive into detail.

Stealth cab 5'H x 5'W x 1.5'D
DWC 3 site 13Gal rez
400w HPS cooltube with own 6" inline to cool light.
Light sits 50cm 20" from tops
450cfm centrifugal extractor with 100x400 scrubber
100mm inline fan for intake.
Oscillating fans at either end of cab, facing each other and moving the air between tops and grow light.
element heaters to keep rez around 68f

Nutrients:
ROCK - Bloom A&B
Flairform - Silika Majic
Heisenberg Beneficial Tea recipe

Temps:
Daytime 31c or 88f
Night time 14c or 57.2f

P.H drops test. Always gold. The bene tea keeps my ph in check.

E.C 0.9 atm, if I go to 1.2 I get the eagle claw, and the E.C climbs, which means they are drinking but not eating right?

The photos will tell all, but I have a lengthy description if you wish to read it.

The reason I know I am having trouble is because of my lack of harvests. I thought I had turned my only genetics into hermies. I found a few mini lime green seeds in the bags sitting on the sides of the nodes. (Calxys??). Didnt find bananas or pollen sacks though.
I came to the conclusion that all my stuff ups, upto this point, had turned the cut into hermie. I had also cloned this one strain 50+ times, not keeping a mother. I also had a new bagseed ready for the flower cab so was keen to get rid of the suspect hermie and start fresh with the good looking bagseed plant.

I put all the remaining suspect hermies into my outdoor setup with my veggies, which I almost completely neglect. Photos will show how good (IMO) these look. Compact nodes and sticky buds, something my inside grows have never managed.

My stealth cab plants are stretchy, airy, with very small flowers, and slow bud growth. The plants look like they are in a constant state of Re-Veg. I have single blade fan leaves everywhere, and they wont stop stretching. If it were the stalks you harvested from these plants I would be doing ok.

I have been down the track of Light leaks, which I can now say has been 100% resolved about 3weeks ago. Before then I would say it was fine. Now 25min inside the room I still cant see my hand.

I now believe it is either - heat stress or excessive light.

The buds from smaller branches which are still fighting their way to the screen are doing better. They are more round, growing in diameter moreso than stretching like the dominant tops.

week 2 -3 flower: I recon you can see early signs of light leaks, or heat stress, as the finger count is lowering.

Week 5 flower: Single blades and stalks everywhere

I have thrown a new clone into the flower cab, to see if the latest changes will allow the new clone to flower well.

Any tips, advice, or suggestions would be appreciated,

SLOW DOOOOWWNNN your going entirely too fast. 50 plus clones!! thats a shitload man. It seems like your setup is about right so far as fan and light and area. What you need to do now is invest in seeds, and GOOD nutes, get yourself a kit from decent company like Fox Farm, or General Hydroponics. It will habe veg, flower and micro and macro nutes in one bix box. Once you have the genetics you will see better results. the only thing you can do is grow and learn crop after crop...dont fuck around with bagseed, place a seed order, germ all ten seeds, then take 5 clones of each seed, out of 10 seeds you shoudl get round 5 females. Out of this select you top 2, keep the 5 clones from each and put 2 of the 10 clones as mothers....lower your day time temps BTW. no such thing as excessive light unless its hitting the bottoms of the plants. Dont worry about e.c at the moment you got a lot more to learn before you get there...buy themedicalmarijuanabible written by jorge cervantes...it will be your most valuable tool.

cheers for the fast reply stickee. Yea I hear you. i must invest in a whole line of nutes. I was keeping the feed schedule simple for now, and once the environment was in check I would build my nutes. But il get a line of nutes and go from there. Just to clarify, I dont have 50+ clones going, I have read many a ppl who know as much as me and want to grow a jungle of plants. I was referring to how many times iv cloned a plant and sent the mother to the flower room, making the fresh clone the new mother.
I have medicine man coming in the mail, so will follow your tips with those.
The olny thing I could do with current ventilation is put solid 90degree bends on the ends of cool tube, as flexi duct is cramped at this bend. Other rthan this I dont know how to lower daytime temps using ventilation.

Thanks for clearing some things up for me,

I just did the sums and my centrifugal fan which extracts through the scrubber is only 112cfm. I am thinking this is not enough, considering ambient outside temps are mild, and still having 87f inside grow. I am thinking of using this for intake, and buying a more powerful one for extraction. Any tips for purchasing a well priced 4" centrifugal withi australia. I will check out my local
