my 2 white rhino seedlings have just sprouted.shud i put them under my 400w mh and at wot height above?

I would keep it very high, like maybe 3 feet about it and slowly work it closer as the get older.

thanks.how important is it durin veg that theres no light leaks?

Its not of great importance. I would try to keep as much light out as possible still.
