400w MH or 300w HPS?

I live in a very hot area of the desert and right now I am flowering at night but its starting to get hot in the grow room my MH halide runs cooler but puts out a lower yield but I can run it at a higher wattage compared to the HPS with less heat so what is better HPS at 300w or MH at 400w?

My MH gives off more heat than my HPS so I find this weird?

Every bulb is different my MH is cooler

If I were you I'd just do the 300w HPs with two plants, training and topping them. You can't vent the room any better ?

As for right now I can not vent it out any further fan is at MAX and I can not run A/C at this time

No its still cooler inside but my HID comes on at 8PM because its cooler at night.
