400w led in 4x4???

Hi guys. Would 400w of power be enough for my 4x4 tent? It's says it's comparable to an 800w hps so....surely it's enough ay?

You'll get through your run. You'll have better results if you use a trellis net and train everything into the center as much as you can or more so, just keep foliage away from the edges and tent walls. That way your lights main footprint is utilized. But a 4x4 is much better with 500 or even better, 600watts.

Thank you I think it may be more like 480w. 240 on each driver.

Running 735 at the wall (3 lights) in my 4x4

1. Really wish I had a more even spread - there are hotspots directly below the centers of the boards - it shows in the plant growth too.

2. More - I'm mulling DIY designs around 800W, but with an even spread over the canopy.

Hope that helps a bit...
