400w hps

i am aboutt to start my first grow, i will be vegging with cfl, how many plants will i be able to flower using a 400w hps, these plants will be in soil.

The general rule is u can grow as many plants as u can fit in a 3x3 area. U already got ur light?

i bought a 5 foot long light mover and planning on 16 plants with my 400 hps...

oh yeah but if you were to move them around often, i've had great results with up to 9 plants... that all produced about even
