400w Hps/MH Conversion & 6 CFL clone chamber in a 2x2x6 box

Hey guys, I am almost through with my grow box. I just finished building my carbon filter, and plugged it in and seems nice and works. The filter is kind of bulky, and if I place it horizontal, it blocks a lot of light that could go to the plant, but placing it vertical is more space efficient. If i place it vertical, which I think i am going to do, the air will be sucked out from the middle of the box. Will this create excess heat in the box? There will be a glass sheet separating the main grow area from the area where the light will go. And i have no intake or outtake for the CFL area, and Im hoping it will work. Any tips or comments?

1 computer fan intake
4" inline fan with DIY carbon filter
4" fan for lamp heat outtake
