They are definately stretched and I also noticed that you have 2 plants in one pot. Not a good idea.

Put your light 12 inches from the top. You need lots of oxygen in the soil, fan. Get some bat shit. 24 hours of light. You need the following formula in your nutes. 20 20 20. Most important part of any plant is potassium. If your stems are purple more potassium needed. Don't overwater which is what it looks like to me. Put some holes in your planters to air it out more. Oxygen in the soil is what actually increases yield as it dries out the soil. Its a chemical reaction that occurs by drying the soil fast and giving the nutes right back in a tea. This is how nydroponics works, but you can do the same process in soil.

@sticky thumb. My bubbleicious came out of soil 2 1/2 weeks ago yesterday and over 12 inches now and bubbleicious is not a fast variety grower.
