thanks guys, will probably go for for some myler, any good places to get it from?
both plants are looking really nice atm and have their second leafs coming out :D
As you're English or at least British judging by your use of currency, try going to Wickes or The Range, maybe even Homebase.

I have one of those bulbs, 2700k version. It's currently growing 5 plants at a very steady pace. I will add more CFL's as they get older and when I can afford it. Being out of work sucks hard!

Yeah B&Q will be a good shout. Although it will be cheaper and less hassle to just paint the walls with a white mat emulsion(not eggshell, not silk and not gloss!)

It's probably less reflective than the ceiling that's above it.

What about cutting a white 5 gallon bucket in half and then using a hole saw or paddle bit for the holes? Can't really tell the size from your picture, might be too small.

i have put a large bucket of water there last night to see if humidity will go up but it hasn't changed at all, i will hang 2 damp towels in there later and see if that makes any differences

lol that is so ghetto but your plants will grow just as good, make sure you have good airflow in there and you should consider getting that shiny shit they sell at hydro shops and line the walls with it

yh i got air coming from the outside, air going outside and another fan to keep the airflow, and i dont have walls, im growing in a tent, its already lined in reflective material bro

sup guys, here's an update, just finished week 2. had some nutrient burn problem as my soild (biobizz all mix) was too strong for them, seems to be ok now and both are looking pretty healthy. i decided to get rid of my reflector and have my CFL's hanging, i also improved my vent system.
Here are pics, ( auto super skunk on the left and auto bubblecious )

you can use foil with cfls as they dont generate enough heat to create hotspots, the guys are right though flat white or an emergency blanket from wilkos or discount uk for £1 will offer better reflection than foil. a lot of foil is transparent and lets light leak through it rather than reflect it all. mylar is specially created with a black layer in the middle to stop light and heat getting through. u can buy panda film or mylar from the hydro shops but it will set u back a bit if your on a budget.

or you could just buy a double cfl reflector http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Envirolite-Twin-CFL-Grow-Light-Reflector-300w-Dual-x-2-/280806632128?pt=UK_HomeGarden_Garden_PlantsSeedsBulbs_JN&hash=item4161612ac0

The twin reflector doesn't really bode well for budget growers haha. £139.95. I'm sure you could make one just as good for 10% of that price.
