400w all Organic

hell yea I was checkin that out a bit.

I think I found a hell of a deal today, Im going to get it later. Its a 1000w MH/HPS lamp with a bulb of each and he said some other lil goodies too. I paid 200 bux for it and it comes with hortilux bulbs. good deal right? I think so, and its just in time for me to flower. In the pic its the one on the right. I forgot to ask what bran though. Any guesses from lookin at it?

Dam that's a killer deal I paid like $250 just for one 400w mh/hps ballast but mine was a lumitek digital top of the line shit

Ok so I found another I gotta go get it after dinner time. Hes throwin me a couple bulbs too. Its MH/HPS with a switch. 1000w....200 bucks. Its from 04 though. Is it a good buy since its kinda old?

Ok just bought the light pictured above and was going to start flowering but Im moving in like 1 week or sooner so Im gonna vegg till then under the 1000w HPS then flower with it. This be ok? Also how far away should it be from plants. Im pretty happy with it considering I paid 200 bux for it. Plus he gave me some other stuff, hydro baskets, rockwool cups and some timers. Plus a used tub of koolbloom. Anybody ever used this stuff? Its a sun system.

shit I for got to mention that the above stated seller who blew me off, called me like 10 minutes after I picked up this one. haha

That should be ok and I put my mh like 24 inches from my plants

Ive never used a 1000w HPS and dont wanna burn my shit up. Right now its at like 30-35 inches away...lol

I hooked up the 1000w and it blew the breaker because of ac. plus wires got hot on ballast. Is it from pulling too much power or a ballast failure?

Using to much power on one circut

I got a few pics of the plants and of the new light. I think I might have a issue though because Im moving in a week. Only a couple miles away, but the environment is going to be different because they are going from a closet and into a basement. And from a 400w MH to a 1000w HPS. Do you think the shock would be too much? How should I go about transporting to cause less stress. I plan on flowering as soon as Their moved.
I also have a slight N def I think with the dead lower leaves and the yellowing tips but I fed some guano tea a few hours ago to see if it helps.

as for transporting i'd pack them in a big enough box with something at the base, packing peanuts/towels/something to take any impact from movement and sturdy enough to keep them from falling over. good luck! the tops are looking good

yea I wanna get to the new house asap and get it ready b4 the real move so they dont get shocked too much. Thanks for the box idea. I dont want to get pulled over with them in the open....that would suck too.

yea, definitely be quick! you wont do too much harm i'm sure, if you have to for height even tape two boxes together so it's completely closed in you definitely would NOT want to get pulled over with those haha

yea no doubt. Im most worried about a bumpy car ride....

tuck them in the back seat behind the passengers side on the floorand put a few inches of padding between the plants and the inside of the boxso if they so wobble around they dont hit the sides as yard, y'know what i mean?

solved: Im moving them in a tow behind trailer and riding inside with them. Just seen the basement and it looks like somebody already was setting up a grow. theres two rooms made with insulated boards up and a industrial dehumidifier down there. fairly clean....Im gonna bomb the one room and plastic it up here soon. gettin ready to move my lights soon so I need to get on the ball.
