400w & 600w: Which to veg/flower under?

I have a 2x3 tent and a 5x5 tent. I plan to use the 5x5 to veg and the 2x3 to flower, however I can't decide which light to use in which tent. I have a 400w and 600w, along with a MH and HPS for both.

Any suggestions?

600 for flowerg OR use both to flower and get some CRFL's to veg

Thanks Jesus, good suggestion. Do you think the 2x3 would be kinda small for two cooltube lights though? Tempts have been stable with the 600w.

Why veg in the big tent? Crowd them in the small tent the move them into the bigger tent and let them have it.

Because the woman HAS to have her veggies in there. Those cherry tomato plants grow like weeds.
