400 hps or 1000 hps

i have a half a room to use and i cant decide between a 400watt or a 1000watt hps. any opinions?

Either the 1000, or 2 600. 2 600 is the best bet. Or 3 400.

2 600 would be perfect!!!!! A ton of light, will make great buds! It would give you close to 3500 Lumens per square foot.
