hopefully getting a tds meter very soon so i will be able to actually guage how much nutes I need to use because as of now its all just guessing seens how this is my first attempt at a hydro grow. I will probly end up flowering them within the next week or so because I dont have a larger system built yet and im kinda lazy but in the future I am going to make a larger one because this one I purchased from SH and its only a 4 gallon res but I didnt realize how simple they were to make lol

well i kinda want to take a few clones from each plant hopefully getting some clones from a female if i actually have one the only problem i have is i dont have another light so i would probly have to go with cfls for the clones I really am just looking for a mother plant so i dont have to buy seeds all the time im thinking of maybe keeping the mother in a large cardboard box or something any suggestions?

plants are still very short largest about 4" but they are getting bushy all kinds of new branches starting to show the problem I think im going to have is the little 4 gallon res filling with roots. anyone ever just hack off some of the roots? cause i think im am going to have to flower really earlly before the plants are even a foot tall which i would not like to do really but I may start the consturcion of a new bigger one but transporting all that water to my bedroom closet is gonna be a pain and even worse will be bringing it to the bathroom to empty it probly have to do it with 5 gallon buckets or something any one got any suggestions on that?

ok the first time i filled the res i noticed that a lot of the nutrients and sank to the bottom so i made sure to mix them in a jug before putting them in the res but it seems i still have this white powdery flaky stuff sinking to the bottom and collecting on the sides and stuff, is this a problem and what could i do to stop this?

i just thought i would stop by. man white widow smoke is gonna be killer. wondering how difficult dwc is to grow with? looks like you are making it easy.

I dont know man i dont even got a tds meter yet lol just getting lucky i do have some browning leaves that got all dried up on the ends from when i think i gave them a bit to much nuts but they are all doin fine now as far as i can tell but this is my first time. if any one could tell me anything about this white powdery buildup on the bottom and sides of my tank it would be great.

I think these stealth hydro dwc systems are way to small and lacking air supply im probly gonna have to make a bigger one to finish them in cause the roots are almost sitting on the bottom of the res already

I moved the smaller one to where the biggest one was seeing if it has something to do with the environment buts its possible that it could just be a runt
