4 weeks old , topped , shall i transplant???

Hello everyone just a few questions,
These 2 are 4 weeks old from sprout and i topped them 6 days ago today, there is some pictures.
Are they in good height for 4 weeks?
One is 8 inch tall and the other 6.5 from soil. Shall i transplant these again or shall i leave them. The pot is 30cm round planter and its 3 quarters full of soil, Shall i top it up to top? I want to get about an oz or two off each. How long shall i veg for as they will be flowering for 8 weeks? Light is 150w mh.
The root stem is green but the ones coming off have a little red tint in them. Thanks for looking

Leave it in that pot a while longer they look good to me I wouldn't worry too much about the leaf stems turning red one of the strains I have has them all over and she is fine did I count right that you topped at the 5th node? Imo I like to top on the third I think it bushes out nicely but the 5th is cool to are you planning on topping her again if so you want add a week on to your veg time after that last top so she can recover as to how long you should veg for is down to you if you want a oz or 2 I wouldn't veg it very long perhaps 2-3 weeks. I wouldn't personally fill the pot up with soil cause you'll want somewhere to tie them branches down to something so drill a hole in the top of the pot and use a pipe cleaner to hold it down
 
So transplant in a week or two?
Yeh 5th node , should have done it earlier but its my first grow so will learn.
They are 4 weeks from seedling and yeh good idea with the pipe cleaner cheers
 
I transplanted both my plants far too early they were in there final pot 3 weeks into veg I was that eager now my roots are pushing at the sides of the 20l pot thinking I need bigger ones before the end how big is your room for when she is in flower?
 
Yeh i had them in tiny pots for 2 weeks then lower leaves started yellowing so i transplanted into these bigger pots and used better soil.
I have 3 height by 3 foot width by 1.9 foot length. I think length and width are correct way.
 
So my suggestion to you is look at other methods of training other than lst don't get me wrong it works but there could be a better way for you to go to achieve a bigger yeild or better quality I know you say you want 1 to 2 oz but as a plant grown from seed it will more than likely give you more than want, I also set my standards low so anything over the amount your after is a massive bonus I'm guessing your growing so you cut out going to dealers...

Yeh what would u suggest? I might just topp the plant again in 2 weeks then leave a week then put into flower...

You can see in that last picture my room is small but I have height also I have pinched my tallest top and bent it over so I could lower my light I use a 600watt hps but I'd recommend a 250 or a 400 watt hps for your space
 
Off that one I'd like 4oz dry maybe I wish!!! Off my other maybe one or 2 oz I took 5 cuts off my other and I have them in the loft under a led panel

If there smelling now you wait till flower time get your self an inline fan and a carbon repeat carbon filter and if it's that bad some odor freshners
 
They still smell in veg, that's a good sign for sure...for only 3 feet in height but that much horizontal space I would SCROG or hardcore LST. You could get some huge pots up in there and veg another 2 weeks, and with training get 4oz+ depending on the girl
