4 weeks into flowering first time grow

Hello, This is my first grow. I've had many people on here give me useful advice in the veg stage, now I am in flowering week 4 and in need of some advice. I am using fox farm ocean forest soil with GH Bloom nutrients. I am using 5 gal fabric pots. I feed 5 ml GH FloraNova Bloom 4-8-7 at 6.5 ph and 750 ppm. I used GH FloraNova Grow 7-4-10 in veg stage. I have carbon filter with fan to take out old air/smell, and a clip fan to bring new air in. I do 12/12 light schedule and it's completely dark for 12 hours no light leaks (in basement). My lights are 400W HPS in a 4x4x6.5 tent. I used MH for Veg stage. The Strains are 2 - white widow(crop king), 1 - unknown(Seedsman freebie. the one in front), and 1 - 24K (thesingleseedcentre). Sadly, I just had to take 24k strain out of the tent because it was a hermaphrodite. It had male ball sacs gender revealing in middle of the plant so I just cut it off and saved the leafs and small buds. Is it even worth it to smoke these or just use them for making butter? Anyways, 3 plants are still going good I think but what you guys think? Am I on the right track? I also attached some pics. Thank you for taking your time and reading this.

It looks great the male probably won’t be worth shit for smoke but you have to dry it for butter so try it. Won’t hurt. Was the 24k a regular strain or a feminized seed?

Thanks for the feedback! It was a feminized seed but I think I caused some heat stress along the way.

Nice job on your first grow. Everything looks right on track
 
They look good for week 4, in the next two weeks you should see them really beef up and come together to form nice colas. Then they will stay relatively the same for the last 2-3 weeks as they focus on resin production. I wouldn't even waste my time making butter bro that stuff isn't even worth the butter you would use to make cannabutter.

Thank you! And I'm going to just toss it out and wait for real bud to finish growing lol. I hope I can get atleast 5 oz per plant.
 
I have to be honest with you 5 oz a plant is very ambitious, they look really good but most plants will only yield between 1 and 3 oz that's under a 600w MH/HPS. I too am growing in a 4×4 tent 600w with 6 plants and my last crop was 9 oz. Not saying that it's impossible just saying with 400w in a sq meter you should expect more like 8 oz.

Dang I'm at 400w hps. Then I may need to keep my expectations low. Hopefully 2 oz each.
 
Yes for the extra $45 a month it will cost in power you will effectively double your yield so it's more than worth it. Heat is gonna be an issue with a 1000w in a 4×4 tent so a cool tube or hood and an 8 inch inline fan for exhaust would be recommended.
 
Im running a 600 hps in a 4x4, keeping the heat in check on warmer winter days has been a struggle, i cant imagine what its gonna be like come summer. 1kw in a 4x4 , im thinking some sort of A/C will be needed in the room where tent is. My god that light penetration and coverage tho, if you can keep it cool, the bud and yield should both be great.

I have a portable ac that will fit in the corner. Its 10k btu.

What was your yield with 600w?

Day 30 since i flipped to 12/12

Hoping for 2oz/plant so half P would be nice off these 4, being my first time.
I think 5-6 ozs is a reasonable expectation tho. so not to get my hopes up lol

That looks really good. You ll def get more than 2 oz. Did u train them?
