in order for the CFL's to be effective they need to be close to the plant, so it depends on what you mean by "x shape", maybe you could draw a diagram? :leaf:

You have to put CFLs pretty close to the plant (like 4-6") for them to be effective. If you hung them you'd need to make sure they stayed nice and close to the sides of your plant.


So as far as I can tell and Google, LST (low stress training) basically is just tying the plant down so it grows out more than it grows up. Sort of like a sea of green only without the screen? Just tying and spreading?

you done a good job there, my cheese took abit of time to go into flower as well, i am hopeing 2oz per plant i did start with 8 but due to size issues i have to give 2 away:sad: but i hope these do me well keep looking back i will post pics every week.

They look great,no need too cut those bottton branches,bbcheese lower buds fill in good.Next time you can super crop the main cola.that stretch,should fill up, with fat buds in the next few weeks.

im hope that these 3 i got do ok, i know its abit tight in there but i got the 400 and the 150 fingers crossed, next time i was going to do autoflower maybe 10 or so in my tent what you think?

What kinda temps are you getting up at the tops? With your plants that tall I was curious as I'm having trouble controlling heat, but I've heard a pretty wide spectrum as far as acceptable and ideal growing temps. Thanks dude and your ladies are looking great!

hi there it gets to about 75-76c i got a intake fan at the bottom if the tent pulling cool air in and a ruck fan pushing it out, good luck,

You mean Fahrenheit? Haha, at 75-76 Celsius you'd be running a mild 167 degrees Fahrenheit. I appreciate the response though. I'm still getting my temps dialed in.
 
Top
