4 weeks into flower, no thrichs and buds don't seem tk be getting fat

So I'm 4 weeks into flower, no thrichs and buds don't seem to be getting fat.

Growing in soil under 600w hps
Fed on Canna Terra Flores PH6.3-5

Am I just being impatatient and if so how long do you guys think until harvest?

First two weeks are just for stretch 5-6 weeks to go

From the pix I would guess the plants are a hybrid strain but mostly sativa. That means slow growth.
