I think i will put 4 in the big autopots and bubble buckets.....and i have never tried cloning.

So I will clone the grooviest 2 and use the small autopots for those.

Jack Herer 6.5g autopot
Northern Lights Bubble Bucket

I read all the text of the act and just wanted to remind you all that they worded it such that is technically illegal for one adult to tend for another adults garden. It's also applied to things like harvesting etc.... Talk about retarded idiots...

Is that in regards to the 4 for rec ? I know medical is that way, except you can name someone who can help on your form.

If its for rec there's no logic behind that thought process as its legal to everyone. No difference between tending to your neighbors veggie garden or watching their pets or doing this.

A blatant case of judicial over-reach. They cannot restrict who tends to your legal garden - and again, who is going to care? These laws were included as a way to prosecute black market growers going forward. They don't care what you do with your personal plants.

I agree but it is spelled out in the text. If you download it in full, you can search the document for words like seed...for example pollen is not mentioned... It's important to know the boundaries so we can maximize our 4 plants. Anyone here planning to silverback?

A old method of outdoor where you start a few early (4 is lots) and veg em... The idea is clone lots of short plants and you want to reduce your exposure outside so you force them to flower inside b4 putting them outside. The trick is to start the clones and flowering a few weeks b4 putting them outside after the point at your latitude that they will not reveg. That's the jist of it

you need 2-3 different strains minium.

2plants of each minium.

if you need 3 different strains,
sativa morning
hybrid daytime
indica night time

then you must grow atleast 6 plants total

THIS IS MINIUM

Some phenos can go weak, you need double the amount of plants in your grow to avoid problems

12plants minium

this is optimal for most people

12plants IN veg and 12 plants in flower

24plants total
you need atleast, good medicate

i Am the owner of a condo and prior to legalization a memo was sent around to all owners stating the board of directors ( aka condo nazis) had revised the rules to prohibit the smoking, vaping, and growing of cannabis in the units, balconies etc. These notices were sent to many buildings but haven’t been contested in court as far as I know.
I figure if I’m a legal patient they can’t do anything but I certainly don’t advertise and remain stealth. I could see them checking plant counts if they ever did find out.

The rules do not apply to medical users/growers - we won that one in court already. They (the condo nazi's) also do not have the authority to inspect your garden much less determine plant count compliance.
I stayed in my niece's apartment in Edmonton last month and they had similar rules. My niece asked the 'super' for clarification on whether I could medicate on the balcony and she said absolutely. I agree with using stealth to avoid hassles, but you shouldn't have to.
