The big one is less than a week until flip so I removed a few larger/lower old fan leaves so she can recoup and be ready to focus on the flower sites come Saturday. Seems like she's going to be fine from the earlier net incident.

The little ones are coming along nicely. Have a short squat one, one that's stretching her legs and a runt. I'll be watching them closely over the next few weeks so I can decide which phenotype I want to clone.
Looking forward to getting this going. Can't believe it's almost time for flower already.

Hahaha it's funny because I had exactly these 3 same phenotype with my current grow xD (cheese n kush x chocolate mint og)

Well,
I cut the first clone tonight. Put her straight into her bucket with some rooting powder.

Had to increase the size of my make shift nursery, so I threw a new one together. Same concept as my old one just bigger so I can go straight into final bucket instead of transplanting like I did in soil.
Temp in the low 80's. RH will be kept @ 90%+ for the next 48hrs. Then a drop over the next 5 days until she's @ my usual room RH of 43%.
Light is right @ 13k Lux.

Interested to see if the new diy will work and how quick she might take off.

Wow. Quite an operation you've set up in a short period. Very impressive. Nice work. Can't wait to see how this one turns out. Also can't wait to see what kinda yeild I'll get off of my 5 autos. I wouldn't dare ask the question tho I have seen those replies

I tend to mad scientist/repurpose stuff as best I can.
Not all of them have been winners...

Spaced it last night when I cut the clone. Forgot to trim the fan leaves. So I took care of that and DIY'ed some lids for the buckets. Really wishing I would have filled the first 3 a bit more but they will gain some height soon enough. Live and learn.

The clone seems to be liking the new dome. As you can see, colors and seasons are changing. Got the final light up and running with HPS. Figured I'd give the 6wk'er a day under it before she goes into flower Saturday. Cooking @ 70k Lux atm.

She got some defoliation and went under the net right before the pictures so she looks a bit rough atm.

Didn't really defoliate the first plant during veg, so of course I did the complete opposite with the other 3. Have also done a few extra toppings on the one that will veg for 8 weeks. My last grow was autos and it seemed to me they really couldn't take all that much light. So with the new setup, I have been cranking it up as much as I can.

2.5 weeks from seed.

Let the clone get a bit too dried out so she's back under the dome for the time being.



And finally, the flower girl got released from her 24hr scrog. I've found I like using the net for a night or 2 in a row a couple times during the grow but that's it. I like to help train the plants, but I don't like having them "locked in place" under a net constantly. I fidget around too much.

Increased the light on her also.

So there's going to be a bit of a change to the plan here. I'm still running the
as planned.
But instead of cutting clones and running a perpetual on them for a bit, we are really gonna mix things up.

I have on order
(5 seeds each strain)

+5 seeds of


along with an order from Attitude.


If my math is right,(***edit. It wasn't right) that's 16 different strains from 9 different breeders. (All fem photos)

So, we will be swapping things up quite a bit. If you want to see something get grown, let me know. As of right now I think I'll pick @ random trying to keep overall height in mind.

I’m not very knowledgeable on strains, but the Skywalker OG and That Agent Orange sound interesting. I’d have to research further, but you have a nice inventory! Humboldt sour diesel too! That’s just me.

Don't know much myself so I figured out this was about the best way to get the largest variety possible @ the smallest cost.

The good news is, I have a few 600hps and a 315cmh collecting dust atm with plenty of space to keep any mothers I want.

Not so good news, trying to convince the little lady...

I'm slowly working on it though... It would be nice if they'd just legalize it here already.

Do you have a journal? I don't have any experience with hempy (or growing anything either) so I would love to see how someone else does it!

I been a long time grower... pretty new to LED's and hydro...but I love to try new things.

Your plants look awesome and that's one helluva light you've got.

I'll do my best to do us hempys proud and plan to continue to try and stick to the same methods for my journals. I know it was really frustrating for me when I was doing my research at how hard it was to get straight answers to easy questions like what light/height/lux/temp/nutes/etc. and considering my memory sucks, I figured pictures were the easiest way to capture the data.
(***Edit. Also wanted to say I use the pics so there's no questions as to what happened if I do good or bad. No guess work.)
