4 ladies in 1

i planted 4 ladies in 1 7gal. pot out side. my intentions were to transplant 3 into new pots. but i had no idea that they'd grow so quickly. i'm scared if i try to seperate them now, i might fck up some of the roots. is there any way possible that i can keep them together n just transplant to a bigger pot without any problems. if so, what size pot would be suffice? i think they're about 1 month in now, n they're like 1ft tall. any help/suggestions will be greatly appreciated...

Keeping them together will result in some of them dying im sure. I would attempt a very careful transplant.

Yes, you need to transplant them because given the space, their roots will grow and spread, eventually choking eachother out. Dont worry man you can seperate them with minimal stress. Could you upload some pics?
