4 ft fluro grow

Hi, this will be my first grow ever and I need help. I have a 4 ft fluro with 2 40W 6500 k cool white bulbs. I already have them over my seeds and they came out of the soil today. I was wondering how long the lights should be on? I have them on 24/7 right now and it seems ok but I want to make sure it's correct. How much will my electric bill cost? It's a total of 98 watts for everything and my company charges $74.73 for every 1,000 kWh used. Thanks for helping me out. Hopefully a little later on I can help you guys out.

you shouldnt have to worry about the bills stacking up running those 2 floros...
as for schedule, you should run 18/6 for veg. But you're gonna have to switch to a more red spectrum flouro at like 3300. They sell grow bulbs at Lowes really cheap. And if you want anything substantial, I'd add like 2 more of those flouresent fixtures and have 3 6500 and 3 3300 to mix the spectrum up. Add some Cfl's too they're wickid cheap and add like 1600 lumens...good luck!
