Your plant doesnt have any true leaves yet. Take he rout of the window sill and put her under a 23 watt CFL 2 of em..you can do the whole grow like this and pull 20 grams.

True leaves are fan leaves.

True leaves ar eleaves which are " true to the plant" meaning a plant can be recognized by that leaf. the serrated leaves don't count..just the fan ones.

Not bad bro, looks like it's stretching a bit though, move the lights closer. If your using CFL's you can literally have them 2" away without burning them.
